FERRAN NAVARRO-BELTRAN
GRAPHIC DESIGNER AND FILMMAKER.
Born and raised in Barcelona, Ferran Navarro-Beltran started his creative career as a graphic designer, mostly working with cultural institutions, and is now embracing a career as a film director.
His first short film "the Orchid" got selected in many independent film festivals in 2016 and 2017, and is a delicate and suspenseful art piece about family, aging and queerness in today’s world. Ferran still lives in Barcelona, but also finds inspiration for a few months at a time, in Berlin or New York city.

Plaça dels Àngels, Barcelona. You can be inspired by the most curious mix of people in Barcelona (Spanish and foreign people, skaters, beer sellers, breakdancers...) outdoors and by MACBA (Contemporary Art Museum of Barcelona) and CCCB (Contemporary Culture Center of Barcelona) indoors.
